    Open a web browser, type https://www.nvsos.gov/sos on the address bar and press, ENTER.

    Locate the “Business Services” section in the middle of the homepage and click, “Start a Business

    Click "Reserve a Name"

    You will be directed to SilverFlume, Nevada’s First Stop for Business Registration.

    Once you are at SilverFlume’s homepage, click on the option to “Reserve a Name” at the left side.

    NOTE: You may directly click on this link to start your registration if you’re not coming from the Nevada Secretary of State’s website.

    Complete the Process of Reserving an Entity Name

    The System will lead and guide you through the process of Reserving an Entity Name, simply follow the step-by-step process by choosing your preferred options in completing the process.
