    Choose the Legal Structure

    Choose the appropriate legal structure that applies to your business. For the purpose of showing step-by-guide on how to complete a registration, let’s just say that your business entity or legal structure is a “Sole Proprietor

    Pick or Choose the correct option by clicking on the radio button and click “Continue”

    Follow through each of the Steps

    The EIN Assistant functions like a software installation wizard that guides you through every step of the process. In processing an application for your EIN, simply provide the required information as you progress on each step and click on continue until you reach the last step for EIN Confirmation.

    A progress bar is available on the top to show you the different stages that you have to go through until the completion of your Online Employer Identification Number (EIN) application.

    NOTE: You will only have 15-minutes to complete the application with the help of the EIN Assistant before your session expires.
