A. Qualifications

BizGuide may discontinue this license at any point or instance with or without reason. Subject to the aforementioned terms and conditions, BizGuide further grants each user of the Service, in compliance with the terms of the Creative Commons CC BY-NC-SA 3.0 License, permission to use any of all of the text contained in the articles within the Service. As indicated in the terms of this license, you may use, copy, and distribute the contents for non-commercial purposes provided that you are not violating anything that is clearly stated in our Attribution Policy. C. BizGuide Accounts.
Your Account with BizGuide provides access to the functions and services that we may add, establish, and maintain at periodically at our discretion. Should you consider creating an account with BizGuide on behalf of an entity, company, or organization, then (a) you and the entity, (b) you represent and warrant that you are an authorized ambassador of the entity with the legal authority as a licensed representative to bind the entity to this Agreement and that you accept the terms of this Agreement on behalf of the entity. By your connection to BizGuide with a third-party service, you are consenting with our terms to store your log-in credentials associated with the third-party service, and the permission to access and use your information from the third party service as the third-party service allows.

You are not in any way permitted to use another User’s account without consent and you are solely responsible for anything that transpires on your account with the responsibility of keeping the security of your account password. We strongly recommend you to use “strong” password using a combination of upper and lower case letters, symbols and numbers with your account. Any unauthorized access of your account or breach of security must immediately be reported to BizGuide. BizGuide will not be held liable for any kind of loss as a consequence of unauthorized access to your account.

The control of your User profile and the manner of your interaction with the Service can be modified to your preference by changing the settings. The act of providing your email address to BizGuide signifies your consent for us to use your email address to send notices in relation to our Services, Legal notices required by the law in lieu of utilizing the postal service for mail. BizGuide may also use your email address to send updates for changes in the features of our services and special offers. If you do not wish to receive any of these messages, you may change the settings in your preferences. Interaction with other BizGuide Users is solely your responsibility. BizGuide shall have no liability for any User’s action or inaction. We are not obligated to monitor disputes between you and other Users, although we reserve the right.
